a) to include a window on top of all windows which displays a list of all active load and percentage of downloads;
b) to change the coordinates of its position on the screen;
c) to change its width, the length of shadows, smoothness angle;
d) to change its background color, text and progress bar color


4) added to Settings-INREFACE
a) select a skin;
b) choose the size of window (hotkey "*");
c) choose between compact and detailed view (hotkey "0");
d) to select the orientation of the screen (hot Key "#");
e) remove the panel bar and remove the doenload panel;
f) to choose what information to display on the left of the file name (no info, download order orthe percentage of download);
g) to make the bar of unselected downloads transparent
