Another lovely P0W4 encode full of problems. Improper segmenting has resulted
in an unnatural bitrate increase on the final segment. Graph Included

Incorrect use of IVTC and resizing has also caused chroma problems on 1/5 frames

39 frames of show content are missing at 37:40 due to segmenting the last segment
into more then one piece. If your not careful (and P0W4 aren't) this can cause
audio dropouts which it does at 39:28. These dropouts occur on many P0W4 releases

Come on guys, we know you like to win like everyone else but atleast try to
do a proper encode or one that passes for acceptable
